Fees and Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees (if applicable) are payable at the time of booking or appointment .
2. Treatment Fees
All treatment costs will be clearly explained prior to proceeding. Payment is required before or on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
3. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within this period may result in loss of depsit
Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a loss of deposit
5. Refunds
Services already provided are non-refundable
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the required notice period
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction where treatment has been delivered appropriately
6. Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in cancellation of the appointment to ensure adequate time to perform treatment.
7. Treatment Packages
Packages must be used within the specified timeframe and are non-transferable unless agreed.
8. Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
9. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
